Why does the package show another brand?
Celmaste curates and retails supplier or manufacturer-branded skincare. Product photos show the actual packaging customers should expect, including labels such as Zyvarn, Hoygi, Viareline, or West Month where visible.
Does Celmaste make these products?
No. For this current skincare line, Celmaste is the retailer and curator, not the manufacturer or private-label packaging brand.
Are the product images real?
Supplier/manufacturer product photos are used first on listings. We do not digitally place Celmaste labels on supplier bottles or use fake product images as primary product proof.

Where do orders ship from?
Orders are supplier-fulfilled, so products may ship from different locations depending on the item and destination.
How long does delivery take?

What is the 30-day guarantee?
If something is not right, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and we will help with a refund or replacement.
