Ingredients & Safety
What peptides do you use?
Our peptide skincare lineup features supplier-confirmed peptide ingredients drawn from each product's INCI panel. Examples across the active range include Copper Tripeptide-1 (also known as GHK-Cu), Oligopeptide-1, Acetyl Hexapeptide-1, palmitoyl peptides, and a tea tree six-peptide blend. Each product page lists the specific peptide positioning for that SKU.
Are your products INCI-verified?
Yes. We resell supplier-branded skincare and we cross-check each product's ingredient panel against the supplier's INCI documentation before listing. When we name a specific peptide on a product page, that peptide has been verified from supplier ingredient data.
Where are your ingredients sourced?
Our peptide skincare is produced by our supplier partners and ships from their manufacturing and fulfillment network. Brand names visible on the packaging — for example Hoygi, Zysmi, OUHOE, West Month, and Viareline — are the supplier brands we resell. We do not relabel or repackage; what arrives at your door is the supplier's original product.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
The peptides we feature are commonly used in cosmetic skincare and are generally well tolerated. Even so, every skin is different. We recommend a patch test on the inner forearm or behind the ear before first use, and discontinuing use if you notice irritation. If you have a known sensitivity to any ingredient on the product's INCI panel, do not use that product.
Are your products safe to use during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
We do not make safety claims for pregnancy or breastfeeding. If you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding, please consult your doctor or a qualified healthcare professional before adding any new skincare product to your routine.
Do you test on animals?
No. The peptide skincare we resell is not tested on animals by our supplier partners.
Are your products fragrance-free, paraben-free, or sulfate-free?
This varies by SKU. Each product's full INCI panel is the source of truth. If you are avoiding a specific ingredient family, please check the ingredient list on the relevant product page before ordering, or email julian@celmastecap.com and we will look it up for you.
Results & Routine
How long until I see results?
Skincare is personal and results vary by skin, routine consistency, and lifestyle factors. Many people who use a peptide-focused routine daily begin to notice a smoother-looking, more refreshed-looking finish after several weeks of regular use. Our copy is sensory and cosmetic by design — we do not promise outcomes or timelines.
How often should I use a peptide product?
Most people use a peptide serum or eye cream once or twice a day as part of a regular cosmetic skincare routine — typically morning and evening after cleansing. Start with once a day if your skin is new to peptides, then build up if your skin feels comfortable.
Can I layer peptides with retinol, vitamin C, or niacinamide?
Peptides generally layer well with niacinamide in the same routine. Many people prefer to use vitamin C in the morning and peptides plus retinol in the evening, or alternate retinol nights with peptide-only nights to keep the routine comfortable. Always patch test new combinations and pause if your skin feels irritated.
Where in my routine does the eye cream, serum, or face cream go?
A simple order is: cleanser, then serum on the full face, then eye cream gently around the eye area, then moisturizer or face cream to seal the routine. In the morning, finish with sunscreen. The peptide step is a small addition to a routine you already have — it is not meant to replace your cleanser or sunscreen.
Will it work for my skin type?
Our peptide range is formulated for everyday cosmetic use across most skin types. The textures lean lightweight and comfortable. If you have a specific skin concern or condition, we recommend speaking with a dermatologist before starting any new skincare product.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship from?
Orders are fulfilled by our shipping partners from their warehouse network. Most peptide skincare orders ship from our supplier's fulfillment hub.
How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery times after the order ships:
- Canada: 7-14 business days
- United States: 7-14 business days
- International: 14-21 business days
Orders typically leave the warehouse within 2-3 business days of being placed. Delivery windows are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, and local postal conditions.
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight. You will see the exact shipping cost before you confirm payment.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to a range of international destinations. Estimated international delivery is 14-21 business days after the order ships. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your local authorities, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours after shipment for the tracking number to begin updating. If your tracking has not updated after 5 business days, email julian@celmastecap.com with your order number and we will look into it.
Returns, Refunds & Support
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on physical products. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. To start a return, email julian@celmastecap.com with your order number and we will send return shipping instructions. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
What if my product arrives damaged?
If your product arrives damaged or defective, email julian@celmastecap.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the damage. We will replace the item or issue a refund and we will cover the return shipping in this case.
How do I contact you?
Email julian@celmastecap.com for any product question, order question, return request, or shipping inquiry. A real person reads every message and we aim to reply within one business day.
Do you offer subscriptions or autoship?
Not at this time. Every order is a one-time purchase. If you would like to be the first to know when a subscription option is available, you can join our peptide drop list from the peptides collection page.
Do you have a satisfaction guarantee?
Our 30-day return policy on unused product is our satisfaction backstop. If a product is not the right fit for your routine and it is unused and in its original packaging, you can return it within 30 days for a refund. If a product arrives damaged or defective, we replace it or refund it at our cost.
